Msa lkhir! Bazaar is a celebration of the Moorish kitchen. A celebration of a food culture that gathers both friends and family around the largest meal of the day. A food culture that extends all the way from Syria in East along the Mediterranean Sea and Spain all the way to Marocco in the Northern part of Africa. Bazaar is located in the old post office on Dronningens Tværgade where the architecture 60's meet a very urban cave-like vibe.

We are currently looking for passionate chefs and a sous chef with a high pulse, who are either skilled or have a good portion of experience in their luggage.

About you

  • You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and want to help ensure that guests get excellent food at very reasonable prices.
  • You are used to and like busyness and high volume and are ready to adapt when required.
  • It is busy during a day, so it is important that you can balance between tasks, keep an overview and prioritize correctly - both during the day, but especially in service.
  • We offer every other weekend off and a flexible shift schedule, but since we are busiest in the evenings, you thrive with changing times.
  • We have vacancies for both chef and sous chef, so if you come with a good portion of experience there is also the possibility of management responsibility.
