The job
As a head chef at Madklubben, you are overall responsible for the kitchen's operations and staff. This means you must be able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a cool and composed demeanor.
In addition to running service with your team, the role involves leading your cooks and assistants. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, scheduling, developing new dishes and menus, financial management, ordering supplies, cleaning, follow-up, hygiene, and self-inspection.
You will spend most of your time on the floor, working closely with your team. You are responsible for and actively involved in the development and training of everyone on the team.
