These Sales and Delivery Terms apply to purchases of goods and services on madklubben.dk for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

3. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
3.1
You select the menus and access to events (“Goods and Services”) you want to purchase by adding them to your digital shopping cart. You can view, edit, and delete the selected Goods and Services in your cart until the time you click “complete payment.” You will be asked to accept these Sales and Delivery Terms.

No binding agreement is entered into between us until you have received an order receipt from us at the email address you provided when ordering.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase beverages containing alcohol.

When purchasing catering, you accept these terms until the date we deliver or you collect your order. You can edit your order in your digital cart until the editing deadline indicated in the cart, which is 11 December 2025 for the New Year’s menu. This may also change the order’s final price until delivery takes place.
Until your order has been collected or delivered, Madklubben may send information to the provided email, as you consented to this when ordering. If you no longer wish to receive news and offers from the Madklubben group, you can withdraw your consent after your order has been delivered.
The agreement terminates on the same date your order is delivered. If you wish to terminate the agreement, please refer to the general terms described in clause 11 and to our customer service.

Please check your order confirmation for the pickup time at one of our restaurant locations or at our Catering in Herlev, Smedeholm 15. For delivery, you will receive an SMS with information about the expected delivery time and shortly before the driver’s arrival.

Your New Year’s catering is delivered on 30 December between 15:00 and 20:00, when you are asked to be at home.

8. CANCELLATION

Special terms for New Year orders:
There are special conditions regarding catering for New Year’s Eve. If you regret your purchase of New Year’s catering, you can cancel and receive a refund until 11 December 2025 at 12:00. After this, it is not possible to cancel your purchase or receive a refund. However, it is possible to transfer your purchase to another recipient.
After 11 December 2025 at 12:00, you cannot make changes or add covers to your existing order. If you wish to add more covers, you must order these in a new order.
If you have ordered delivery of your New Year’s menu, it is not possible to change this in the order afterwards. If you regret having chosen delivery, you must cancel your entire original order and then make a new purchase where you choose pickup instead. The same applies if you first chose pickup—you must cancel your original order and then make a new purchase where you choose delivery.

9. CANCELLATION OF EVENTS

We reserve the right to cancel offered events, e.g., in case of too few registrations or illness among key personnel. In the event of cancellation on our part, you will have the option either (1) to move your registration to another event with available seats, or (2) to receive a refund of the payment made. We do not guarantee that canceled events will be conducted at a later date.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Grocery and canned goods and other goods which, for health and hygiene reasons, are delivered sealed and where the seal/packaging has been broken,
Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was fixed at the conclusion of the purchase agreement and delivery can only take place after 30 days, and where the actual value depends on market conditions beyond our control,
Services related to leisure offerings, including events and cooking classes, when the agreement specifies the date or a specific period within which the service must be performed. This also includes the purchase and sale of New Year’s menus. Certain events or cooking classes may be scheduled to be held before the withdrawal period expires.

There may be cases where we ask you to return the defective item so we can examine it and/or return it to our supplier. You should therefore avoid discarding defective or poor‑quality items, including the packaging, until you have been in dialogue with us.
