ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking a skilled leader to help drive our restaurant in Lyngby.
Hanzō is Madklubben's Asian restaurant chain, known for its relaxed and intimate atmosphere with vibrant surroundings. We serve eclectic Asian dishes from across the continent, with a particular focus on shared dining that blends street food and gourmet influences. Now, we are excited to announce our new location in Lyngby.
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with leadership experience and a natural flair for service and guests. You should be responsible, motivating, and able to work independently.

About the job
Your daily routine will be centered in the restaurant, with most of your time spent with your team and guests on the floor.
Alongside the restaurant manager, you will share the overall responsibility for the daily operations, with your primary asset being your team
As the right hand to the restaurant manager, you will work closely with them to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
The role involves, but is not limited to, building and maintaining a team of supervisors and staff, with your main task being to keep them highly motivated, as you understand that without your team, nothing runs smoothly.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that staffing levels in the restaurant are always spot-on during your shifts, including adhering to your budgeted labor percentage and general financial management.
Other secondary responsibilities may include managing the beverage inventory, ordering supplies, creating menus, wine lists, and cocktail menus, optimizing the restaurant, and overseeing service and cleanliness, among other tasks.
